The cleaners will bring all cleaning supplies and vacuum to appointments. If you would like for the cleaners to use your own products or equipment, please leave a note while booking.
BATHROOMS: cleaning toilets, showers, sinks, dusting, wiping down mirrors, vacuuming, and trash removal.
BEDROOMS and COMMON AREAS: dusting, wiping glass, vacuuming, and trash removal
KITCHEN: dish washing , cleaning exterior ( oven, cabinets, and fridge), vacuuming, trash removal.
All vouchers are Standard Cleaning Only. A standard clean is less expensive, less thorough, and takes less time to complete than a deep clean. It maintains the cleanliness of a home on a regular basis. When you hire a professional house cleaner for a " regular cleaning" this is going to include the things you would do on a weekly basis. A regular cleaning is designed to help maintain a certain level of cleanliness around your home.
At the start and end of cleaning each location, we sanitize all vacuums, brooms, spray bottles, scrapes, caddy/ carrying case, and mops handles.
Each individual will enter the residence with face and shoe coverings. They will not remove it while indoors or near others.
Alcohol (in a spray bottle or wipes) or disinfectant spray will be used as a disinfectant for equipment.

If you, have a coupon you will need to call us so we can add it to your purchase or you should be able to add it to the purchase during checkout.

During service we recommend that you do keep your pet(s) somewhere they will be comfortable — not all furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space.
If you or your family/children get sick with a contagious illness (i.e. the flu, a cold, pneumonia, covid19, chicken pox etc.) please call and reschedule your cleaning. Even though we disinfect your house, it is possible that we might transport germs to the next house or become sick ourselves. And to be fair to all our customers we prefer to wait until you are well again. On our end, we may call in sick as well to protect you and your family.
Stuff is going to happen. At one point or another -- for whatever reason, one of us is going to need to reschedule our cleaning. Communication is key. Call or email as soon as you know there is a conflict, and we’ll do our best to reschedule your cleaning at the next earliest convenience. We will do the same. As long as we have a 24-hour notice there will be no $50 cancellation charge.
Payment is due before time of service. Paying with a credit/debit card is secure (and preferred) and leaves an electronic accounting trail for your records. Simply log on to square and click Square Appointment/ Invoice, then send to: ThoroClean, the amount of today’s services $ ___ and click send.
